Antiques Roadshow  "Kansas City, Hour Three"  Host Mark L. Walberg joins appraiser Daile Kaplan at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art to learn about the photography of Dorothea Lange. Highlights include a 1955 Elvis Presley concert poster, with Presley billed at the bottom; an 1812 Marklin "Puritan" toy boat, used in the family pool and valued at $20,000; and a 1919 Leon Gaspard "Portrait of Young Girl" oil that was appraised for $10,000 in the 1960s and is now appraised for $75,000. With an audience of just 400 guests, this triumphant return to the city where the band was formed was the most intimate show Vampire Weekend has played in years. D

Peter Pan from the Milwaukee Ballet   Michael Pink's adaptation of J.M. Barrie's most famous work is performed by the Milwaukee Ballet. This production brings to life Peter Pan, Tinker Bell and many of the notable characters, including a larger-than-life crocodile that crawls along the orchestra pit.G

In a deceptively peaceful Long Island town just before midnight on November 8, 2008, 37-year-old Ecuadorian immigrant Marcelo Lucero is assaulted by a group of teenaged boys cruising the streets "beaner-hopping," a term used to describe the decade-long ritual of attacking Latinos for sport. The adolescent ?game? comes to an end with the fatal stabbing of Lucero, exposing a thinly veiled systemic intolerance for immigrants. Seventeen-year-old Jeffery Conroy, a popular high school athlete, is sentenced to 25-years for a hate crime, while the other teens get 5 to 8-years behind bars. D
