(Your Carpet)"  When inventor, Ken Joyner, brought in his carpet sucker to the casting call, we thought this idea is so good, someone else must have already thought of it! His outrageous prototype had us snickering, but when it actually worked, we were impressed! Our development team used dozens of experimental prototypes and spilled all types of liquids onto countless carpet samples. We were amazed at how well Ken's invention extracted a variety of liquids out of carpet: wine, fruit punch, beet juice, even the liquid generated by our pets. Once our Everyday Edisons Engineering Team perfected a new prototype, our Design and Creative Team got together, spilled some more wine and pondered how to make the product look like and work like something retailers and consumers believed would actually suck, but not suck.
